Step 1: Connect Your Systems (10 minutes)
You'll connect your existing systems to your Tributum account using secure OAuth authentication—we never ask for passwords. This includes:

  • QuickBooks Online or Desktop: Automated sync of all financial data
  • Point-of-Sale Systems: Square, Clover, Toast, Shopify, etc.
  • Banking: Real-time cash position tracking
  • Payroll: Gusto, ADP, Paychex, etc. (optional)

Step 2: Dashboard Access (Instant)
Your dashboard is generated instantly using our template system. You'll immediately see your location-by-location P&L, cash flow, and key metrics—no waiting for custom configuration.

Step 3: Training (Optional)
We provide a library of short video tutorials if you want guidance on navigating the platform. Most clients find the dashboard intuitive enough to start using immediately.

Step 4: Ongoing Support
You have direct access to our support team via chat, email, or scheduled calls whenever you need help.
